Yes, My Dog can cover multiple pets, however, each pet must have its own policy.
If you pay monthly direct debit or have paid annually on a credit or debit card, your policy will renew automatically, unless you tell us otherwise. Otherwise, if you log into your account, you can renew manually.

With My Dog insurance, you can cover any dog between the ages of 8 weeks to 9 years old. Once your dog is accepted, you can continue to cover them for life.
There is no waiting period of accidental injury or illness on all three levels of cover. With dental, therapy and routine checks, there is a 30 day waiting period.
Like most insurance policies, we have some exclusions. These will include any pre-existing conditions that showed signs or symptoms before taking out the insurance; you should inform us of these upon taking out your policy. We also do not cover routine, preventative, elective or cosmetic treatments, or any dog that has been used for breeding purposes.
It is any condition, illness or injury that is showing symptoms, occurring or existing in any form prior to the Commencement Date of your policy, or during the waiting period. Pre-existing conditions will not be covered under the policy.
